The quicker they are forced out of business the better. I can't say enough negative about this tour or the company. The first hint we had that this was a fly-by-night outfit was when we overheard the tour guide and bus driver discussing not exceeding the driver's maximum allowable driving hours.

Scam, don’t buy anything. My wife and I tried to buy 2 Oyster cards and 1 tourist map of London. We couldn’t buy 1 map, but could by 1 pkg of 100 maps. Customer service said I would have to do a separate order, meaning I would be charged twice for international shipping charges in order to get 1 map. Not worth it for a $2.00 map.
