Re: Do Bose headphones work with United Airlines Inflight system. 6 years ago. You can use single plug headphones on United IFE systems. Just insert the single plug into the larger of the two sockets. It works fine. My Bose two pin adapter works fine in UA's sockets but it's not needed.
