   Now with only 1 QR code, you have to do your own passport scan between immigration and customs. Customs is apparently done by facial recognition.    You complete OLCI as normal and then select send the boarding pass to a phone option. You then open it and it shows a QR code which is held to the scanners at the airport. Many airlines have specific apps which are geared up to issuing QR boarding passes. Pretty efficient system IMO.
