At MWR, you can get a 1-day ticket that will be for all Disney parks, except Magic Kingdom. Don’t say EPCOt, but just tell them the ticket is not for Magic Kingdom ...

When I went into recreation.gov and put in a dummy reservation, if you click on senior or access pass you must put in pass number. It specifically says America the Beautiful pass does not get a discount. Seriously it isn't that much money to pay the full fee. Not sure why or how you got that discount.
