    I purchased an Internet "key" from Vodafone. The plan allowed for a cancellation without penalty. I submitted the cancellation forms in August 2012, but my credit card is still being charged. I've tried calling the Vodafone store on Via de Martelli (055 267 0121), but no one answers.

    Yes true. Could be a one off experience and only with the staff of that store, I will write about the experience in the facebook page indicated. As for the payment services, the vodafone store staff insisted that my sim card still had full credit but I have some 29 messages that says "Il tuo credito. di 1.00 euro, non e suficiente per naviagare.
