Upscale Turkish bed linens tend to be extremely frilly and so gaudy (my opinion) that it amazes me any Turkish man will use them ;) Superbly embroidered table linens are rather easy to find and while certainly not cheap are an exceptional value when you consider the quality of both materials (linen and silk) and workmanship.

You can best price/quality outside Egypt. Also, if you want to buy a set with a fitted sheet, this can be hard to find. But, if you want to buy in Egypt for sentimental reasons, try Malaika or Heba for good quality linens. You can find their shops around Egypt if you google them. They are pricy, though.

10 years ago. All dept. stores sell bedsheets and towels of all price range. I buy my towels in SIN at Takashimaya as I find the brand I like to be cheaper in SIN. All depends what you like. Imported items will be expensive due to import duty. Report inappropriate content. Mmonkie. Toronto, Canada.
