Technology is such that direct links from rental companies are imbedded in OTA, airline & other rental booking channels so you don’t book a rental car when a location is closed.
The rental counter and pickup/return is in the airport car rental center via the airport AirTrain. The vehicle had 62,000 miles on it which was a little concerning but it turned out the vehicle was just fine. Perhaps that is why Fox was the cheapest to rent from. During the rental process they offer you the typical additional car insurance.

depends when you drive to LA and will it be a one day drive or broken up into a two or three day drive. Rent on the weekend starting Thursday noon to Monday is a lower rate. Then one day one way to LA and return. At the returning location, start another rental until you leave. Might be cheaper, might not be.
Answer 11 of 21: We are traveling to SF in 4 days in August and will then rent a car to travel to Los Angeles. We found an incredible deal from Fox Car Rental for $202 for 5 days as opposed to almost 500 from other companies).
Don't rent from Fox. Use one of the majors - Hertz, Avis, Enterprise. The lesser price is not worth the risk of a bad experience.
