I visited florida on Feb 19 2018 for a one week period. i had prebooked and PREPAID my rental for pick up at Orlando airport and chose the wild card option for a total of $282.25. A charge of $209.77 was charged to my visa card on Feb 4th and the remainder of $72.48 would be paid at the counter.

There was only one agent in the offic.e because others had called in sick, and he worked very hard to service all the customers waiting to pick up cars.
