My spouse and I prepaid a 4 day car rental with Dollar at ATL arriving at Thursday 12:30am for a 1am pickup - again prepaid. We were told rudely and aggressively by one of the CSRs at the counter, "NO cars for 8 hours - even if you have a paid reservation it is at least a 6 hour wait".
