For exmple a Costco hot dog/drink is $1.50 in the US and $1.80 in Cabo. However some items are less expensive than the US. Costco is much less expensive than MEGA or CCC. But you do have the issue of larger sizes at Costco. We do about 50% of our shopping at Costco, 40% at Mega, and 10% at other stores.
Re: Costco. May 5, 2024, 4:30 PM. The Costco here is great. The local grocery stores have limited frozen foods, while Costco. Has aisles of it. They have living lettuce, great asparagus and produce. Some products are tailored for Cabo, like a 4 pack of ultra pasteurized whole milk.

For us, the advantage of Costco is the ability to buy the same brands we buy at home and labels for the majority of products are in English. It’s the only place we found that has Miller Light in that part of Mexico. As you know Costco only sells large quantities but I think 3 couples traveling for a week could defiantly take advantage of that.

Please see prior posts for more details. Delivery is easy for your online orders and there is no fee for certain items/amounts.
My husband and I will be visiting Cancun to Tulum May 8th-18th.. When we travel, we like to check out different cities Costco stores. When traveling in the states, I like to fill up the gas tank at Costco and check-out the different items the stores carry (the store in Monterey, CA had such a different variety than that of our store in Seattle, WA).
