From the exit go straight along Rock Creek Road for a few miles; the Resort will be on your right. So if you woke up early for a day of fishing or hiking in the Eastern Sierras, you should reward yourself with a burger and a slice of pie from the Pie in the Sky Café – it’s a treat, indeed!
The owners are personable, and work hard to keep the place going. Fishing is a great, and the small store as anything you may have forgotten. Don't miss a slice of the daily homemade pie, at the "Pie in the Sky." $7 a slice, so a bit steep in price, but it was really, really good. Date of stay: July 2012.
Rock Creek Lake is just across the street with excellent fishing and boat rentals. The owners, the King family, also run the Pie in the Sky Cafe with the best pies you will ever have. You will feel as though you are part of the King family. A wonderful adventure awaits you at the Rock Creek Lakes Resort.
