1. Re: New Orleans Amtrak station and cab fares. 12 years ago. Here's a link to taxi fares. Cabs in NOLA are inexpensive. I would guess around $10/$15 fare. And a cab is the best way to get there. Here's United's # when you need them. Be sure to try the chargrilled oysters at Drago's at the Hilton.
