Of course it is always recommended to carry ID. However I never been asked for ID when entering the parks. They only time they would ask is if your fingerprint scan doesn't work or you need to pick up tickets at will call. If you intend to drink you will need ID as regardless of how old you look, they most likely will still ask to see it.
