Technology is such that direct links from rental companies are imbedded in OTA, airline & other rental booking channels so you don’t book a rental car when a location is closed.

   I would not recommend Fox. I recently used them in Salt Lake City and it was the worst rental car experience I've ever had. When you reserve, you think you are getting a deal, but BUYER BEWARE! They hard-sell you big time every little thing when you are there--they tried to give us a minivan when we had reserved a compact.
