Re: Texas Toll Roads from Waco through San Antonio. 6 years ago. It has been 4 years since I drove the distance from Georgetown to San Antonio, so I am reluctant to say how much time I saved. We had to drive through Waco with all that crazy road work at about 60-65 MPH.
The North Texas Toll Authority has a Zip-Pass account available as a short term method for visitors to pay for tolls while driving in rental vehicles. A Zip-Pass account allows for motorists to avoid added fines, fees and opt-in costs charged by rental car companies and assures tolls are paid on time while driving a rental car in the Dallas/Ft.
