8. Re: Hertz Rental Denver CO - Customer Service. We rented a car for our recent trip to Denver and returned it April 4th, 2013 having filled it up with gas at the station next to the airport. As so many others have posted to Trip Advisor, a week later we have a bill on our credit card for a gas charge from Hertz.

do not book an airport transfer with this company. they took payment from my bank account and did not show up at the airport, thus leaving me with no alternative but to pay €150.00 for a taxi from naples airport (on top of the €108.00 they took from my bank account.

Hertz provided link to online app supposedly to help with getting car charged. But, could not download/access due to EU data protection laws! You would think Hertz would know about this restriction for travelers from USA. Attempted to call Hertz customer service for assistance ….. not one phone number worked.
