Aside from other switches that Google Flights may have I can’t think of any right now. The best (and it won’t do exactly what you want) may be Expedia. It won’t directly filter BE fares but a click through to the selected flight should immediately show if it's BE and what the upsell to normal Y is.

On the KLM website you need to change the dates day by day manually every time you want to check a price for multi-city, you can't have a calendar view unfortunately.
