9 years ago. I just rented from Fox rental car in Denver and never will again. The customer service rep I had was extremely rude. When we said we didn't want any extras they shoved the keys toward us an sent us on our way. When we got the car it was filthy to where you couldn't even look out of the window.

I flew into Denver Saturday for an afternoon Avalanche hockey game. I left plenty of time for picking up the car and getting to the game. Upon arrival, the wait was aprox 20 min to get to the counter.
4. Re: Anyone have experience with fox rent a car? Aug 21, 2023, 9:41 AM. You don’t need to book direct to know when rental offices are open. Technology is such that direct links from rental companies are imbedded in OTA, airline & other rental booking channels so you don’t book a rental car when a location is closed.

That said, most rental companies have fees if you drop the rental at a different location than where you picked it up. Sounds like you also had the car longer than planned.
However, the 1-1/4 hour wait at the service desk to get a car with 50 other people was completely unbearable. Everyone in the rental place was miserable.
