Options are to just fly down to Toronto from Quebec City and do tour to Niagara Falls, or hire a car from Quebec City and drive down to Niagara Falls (via 1,000 Islands). Trying to work out on the map whether this is possible. Any ideas on possibilities would be appreciated.
