From Hotwire, they have given me rates for cars that are in Hartford, CT which is a 1/2 hour away and in Windsor which is 10 minutes away and there is no rental car shuttle to that location, so you would have to get a taxi. I think Hotwire is disreputable to treat potential customers this way.
Do not use hotwire, you will be locked in to the rental before you know who its thru.
