   15 years ago. If I'm not mistaken, the free 2nd driver depends on what rental company you use. But the Costco discount works only when renting through Costco website, using a their code, or so I thought. I could be wrong. I thought that if you used Priceline, you paid for it, no chance on declining your winning bid.

However time pressures sometimes means it’s easier to see the sort of prices on offer on an aggregator site rather than traveling through each supplier individually. I’ve learned a lesson though.    Answered: When using Priceline or Hotwire or the like, it says rental car returns have to go back to the airport. Is this accurate? So if I want to rent a car at the airport, then return it on the Strip, do I have to do that through the rental company?

   You might save a couple of dollars, it's not like Avis will be $79 for the day but you will get it for $19 with Priceline. Every major hotel has a rental desk in the lobby. It will be much more convenient to pick up and drop off near your hotel rather than having to spend time and money traveling across town to save a few bucks.
