Online/E-mail C/S is very boiler plate. The on occasion are helpful but for something like this I'd get someone on the phone. They showcase premium/VIP experiences on their social media channels all the time so it's absolutely something they want to sell you, but not surprised that an online agent wasn't overly interested in the request.
