The new Enhanced Click-N-Ship service is still 'beta' mode. Sometimes you cannot process labels in the cart if zip codes are not limited to the basic 5 digits. I run into problems when I used 9 digits (zip code + 4). Once I used the basic 5-digit zip code, I was able to successfully processed and print my labels. 1.
Click 'n Ship does work at my second clinic/office. Of course the old Click 'n Ship works, but the labels I use are over $10 instead of the $8.74 I pay using the Enhanced System. This newer system has been a complete mess since it launched.
That's happened many times over the years and usually I just use Paypal's shipping feature until USPS unbreaks things. However, even Paypal can't generate a label right now. Is there any way to un-stick the Click-n-Ship site and get it to accept payments again once this starts happening?
Can't use the old non-enhanced, it won't include Priority Mail International in the shipping options. Enhanced click-n-ship sucks. I’ve been shipping for years using regular click-n-ship and never had problems. The enhanced version gives me so many errors such as load failure, and others which don’t mean anything.
If it has an online postage label, you can drop it in a collection box. It should be mailed on the mailing date because it is data that adds to how long mail takes to be processed. You probably can get away with a day or two before someone calls it stale postage and refuses it. If that happens, get a refund and reprint.
It has to be that countries postage. If you are mailing it to someone, make sure click-n-ship knows the label is for mailing within the US. I am having the same issues, and the person "Phoenix Jaded" doesn't understand the issue. CnS just stay on this partial blank screen, like it doesn't want to load the full page.
