Hi, I hired car for 22 Nov 2014 from Avis Car Rental (NAIA Airport) and paid my deposit via credit card. They said they will refund with in 14 days. I have left Manila and called them up and reached them via mail, and even after 2 months they are not refunding my deposit and nor replying my mails after few initial one and ignoring my request.

I would not recommend hiring a car directly from the airport. Spend a day or 2 observing how the traffic works there before you consider entering the maelstrom.
