The community is quite friendly, with a number of people from US and Canada who reside there throughout the winter months. There is free wi-fi around the pool area (some owners have it also in their units). Cable TV has all the most popular channels from Western USA and Canada (yes, we can even watch Vancouver news and traffic!).

IT IS BUILT OVER HAWAIIAN GRAVES. lots of stink about it.
