2 years ago. We use Instacart all the time at home (delivery from Costco today), but have never used them in Las Vegas. You tell them at which store to shop, and exactly what to buy. They do the shopping, and then deliver. This can be interactive, as they may ask questions or allow you to make additions while they shop.
