Here’s a newsflash for you… being a small airport DOES NOT excuse you from CLEANING the cars after the last renter, FILLING the tank with GAS, so the next renter isn’t driving away on fumes.
Re: Closest car rental to dock. 8 years ago. Avis is located in the Rivergold Hotel, 51 Egan Dr., and the Juneau Car Rental says that it is conveniently located near the docks - I think I have read on TA that they have a space at the AJ dock. I'm not sure where the CT dock is - I've looked.
I recently rented a car from the National Car Rental Office at the Toronto International airport. The rental of the car was roughly $35 plus Premium Location Fee of 17.67% plus tax. I was asked if I wanted to pay for the gas upfront and return the car empty at the cost of $1.52/ltr or $75.70. I agreed.
