I have been going to Mike's Farm, w/~25 friends, for about 5 years. They are a true working farm. You can go any time of the year but Halloween & Christmas are special because they have a hayride. For Christmas, the hayride takes you through a fantastic light show. The restaurant is family style, which means: all-you-can-eat.
Bushkill Falls is great for kids. Great for everyone. I don't know of any Christmas Light displays that are famous in the Poconos. As Christmas time approaches,well to the west of Bushkill,..Hershey Park is a good place to visit.
