It has now been 37 days and Hertz has not even assigned an insurance adjuster to my case. My car is not driveable. No one at Hertz will even authorize a rental car while I wait. Hertz says nothing but "sorry, there are many claims ahead of mine and I just need to be patient..there is "nothing they can do to help me". 37 days without my car!!!
