So for instance in the corner of my booking screen is a 'gold members' button and when I click on that and click through 'overview' and 'value' it says "Hertz Gold Plus Rewards members: Enjoy members’ only discounts; Pay no additional driver fees for a spouse or domestic partner"

I should add that I didn't actually "link" the reservation to the account, but I did the online check in AND signed up for the Gold Plus Rewards (just to skip the line). It said that Gold Plus Members didn't have to do the online check in, but since the reservation wasn't showing up when I logged in, I logged out and did the online check in anyway.
