Answer 1 of 4: We are going skiing in February and flying into Denver International and driving up into the mountains. For peace of mind if nothing else, I would like to rent a 4WD/AWD vehicle from one of the rental outfits at the airport.
Annabell, For this February we have rented a Nissan Pathfinder 4wd, we need the 3d row. It was around $240.00 a day, which is expensive, yes but you are guaranteed the 4wd or AWD you select.
