Jan 2020 • Friends. Paradise Beach is about 15 min from the port in Cozumel. Cabs are right in front of the shopping district. You can purchase a day pass for $3.00 which provides access to the fresh water pool, or the beach area. There are lounge chairs in both areas included with the pass.

1. Re: $5 Beach. 13 years ago. 5$ beach is Anse Lavoute, on the north east coast. The track down to Anse Lavoute starts from the road behind the Beausejour cricket stadium. I went down there last February, and unless things have changed since then, you will certainly need a 4x4, as it is a very rough track, with some large stones.
