There is another Target just a 15-20 minute walk from this one on State Street (quite a bit of shopping on this street), but no free parking. That said, there are locations much closer to Midway if all you needed to do was get to a Target store...the ones I mentioned are relevant if you needed to head to downtown anyways.

That and the Columbia Hts are the only two in DC, except one far east where you shouldn't go. There is a small shop in Cleveland Park but It's not a regular big Target. I don't know if Friendship Hts or Columbia Hts is ...
