4. Re: Visit Japan customs and immigration QR codes. 1 year ago. If you have access to a computer its very simple. Just log on to japan web and navigate to the qr codes. On the page displaying the qr code just right click in the browser window and choose print. You can also save as pdf and print the pdf.

You will then see listed Disembarkation Card for Foreigner and Declaration of Personal Effects and Unaccompanied Articles.
Visit Japan Web is relatively straightforward as long you fill in the necessary field, and once you have completed the Visit Japan Web, you will obtain a QR code, and the status will be one of Blue, Amber or Red. Re: How early should I register on Visit Japan Web? 1 year ago. I uploaded the vaccine and it took about 5 hours to approve it. I finished all registrations and got the blue screen/QR code for the vaccine, immigration, and custom, but for some reason, the site says I have 199 hours to complete the registration.
BillKHoe, I completed the Visit Japan Web registration yesterday for all three - immigration, customs, and quarantine/fasttrack.. For the immigration and customs. once you submit all your info then when you login to VisitJapanWeb you'll select your itinerary (from the "Register Planned Entry/Return" section right after login.
Now with only 1 QR code, you have to do your own passport scan between immigration and customs. Customs is apparently done by facial recognition. You just walk through an automatic gate without any officer physically inspecting your passport. I have always used screen capture of the QR code. Edited: 3:10 am, April 02, 2024.
