As mentioned there is definitely a Hertz desk located at the Venetian (there over 20 options when you type Las Vegas as your pick up, the Venetian being one of them). For drop off location you select Las Vegas/Harry Reid airport.

I used my AMEXCO card to charge my rental car in Germany. Had a minor accident, and the CDW included in the AMEXCo card charge took complete care of it.
no one should be fooled into paying this outrageous charge (administration fee) by hertz. i called my credit card company (bank of america) and they took the $24.75 charge off right there and then while i stated that i would pay the actual toll of $4.25. this is a huge scam that you can see if you google it and see the thousand of complaints being made.
