I do like the 10-digit system very much and that cell phone numbers have regular local area codes. I wonder how come that +1 which is used by the US, Canada, and some islands can handle all that on 10-digit numbers whereas Germany uses numbers with up to...probably 14 digits even though they're the only country using +49.
