    They have a great Japan map, then separate maps of cities, Tokyo, Kyoto etc. If you plan to spend a lot of time wandering Tokyo, then the City Atlas mentioned previously is excellent, especially if you're looking for specific places. The JNTO maps are excellent maps, but the Tokyo one is not as detailed as the city atlas.
