From the travelocity.com website, under "Support - Customer Support - Contact Us", a phone number of 1-855-863-9601 is listed. They also have a Callback button you can click. You enter your name, itinerary number, and phone number and they will call you back. They list the wait time.
Is there a number that I can call to get to a customer service manager. Calling the 1-855-863-9601 number with a serious problem is a waste of time. The first line agent that you get doesn't have a clue. They are booking agents and do not have the knowledge or ability to solve a problem.
I have called the various phone numbers listed by travelocity, (1-855-201-7820, 1.417-520-5312) and each time the operator comes on the line to announce that the "numero es vacante". I am concerned because I cannot connect with Travelocity.. I want my families trip, the flight to be problem free.

The chances of getting a US or British or Australian etc customer service team is becoming slimmer and slimmer by the day - especially with low-budget businesses like Travelocity, E-Dreams etc. They outsource customer service teams from The Philippines or India because they're cheaper than hiring from origin of country - like US or Australia.
