From the travelocity.com website, under "Support - Customer Support - Contact Us", a phone number of 1-855-863-9601 is listed. They also have a Callback button you can click. You enter your name, itinerary number, and phone number and they will call you back. They list the wait time.
I have called the various phone numbers listed by travelocity, (1-855-201-7820, 1.417-520-5312) and each time the operator comes on the line to announce that the "numero es vacante". I am concerned because I cannot connect with Travelocity.. I want my families trip, the flight to be problem free.
Calling the 1-855-863-9601 number with a serious problem is a waste of time. The first line agent that you get doesn't have a clue. They are booking agents and do not have the knowledge or ability to solve a problem. You spend hours on the phone while they try to figure out what to do with you.

I've asked several times to speak to someone in the US because Travelocity's Philippine-based customer service doesn't seem to understand they're supposed to help people. Each time they say they're going to connect me, they put me on hold for an inordinate period of time (20-40 minutes) before they disconnect me.
