There is no shortage of picnic areas and play grounds in this park. They have a Nature center, sledding hill for when it snows, a canoe launching area in the back of the park on a river. The park is over 1,000 acres. Some of the things that you may not expect in a park are an old family burial site for the Poole family. There are also some mounds.
First time at this venue for a concert. Typical arena venue really. The entry was smooth and the employees we interacted with kind. Like all venues like this, prices for food/drinks are price gouging-so we passed on a $5 bottled water… especially since the store we own sells the same for $1.50 and we know what the profit margin is on it.
