Metro tickets cost 170 yen (<6 km), 200 yen (6-11 km), 240 yen (12-19 km), 280 yen (20-27 km), or 310 yen (28-40 km) and usually we take 170 -240 yen rides. But, the 3 days Tokyo Subway Pass of 1,500 yen is also cheap, and if you take 3 - 4 rides a day ...
Re: Tokyo subway ticket. Jun 2, 2024, 10:28 PM. Tokyo Subway Ticket, especially the 72 hour version, saves some money if you can plan roughly 3 days of subway travel within that window. Use the non pass days for JR travels. If you just want to go about things without much planning, then don't get the pass.
