    The lake is very cold and the water is crystal clear. There are several beaches on the southwest side of the lake, south of Sutcliffe. You basically drive down to the beach and walk the rest of the way. The sand is very hot, so plan to wear footwear when you aren't in the water! There is camping on the beaches as well.

    A great little adventure from Wells NV. It’s a short 25min drive from Wells on sealed roads to the Lake. Parking is $7 so take your wallet. Money is paid via an envelope located near the restrooms at the Lake Carpark. The water is clean and looked amazing. Kids fished and used kayaks on the water.
