4. Re: Cheap/good deals; Best economical grocery store in MB? Kroger, Food Lion, Bi Low, Lowes Food Store, all the major stores offer loyalty cards. We have them all, look at the sale papers and go buy only what we want at the time since we are not "stocking up" the pantry like when at home.
14 years ago. Bi-Lo is the closest to where you are staying and is a very nice grocery store. While I love both Food Lion and Kroger too as I shop at all three depending on who has what on sale, I think for sure Bi-Lo has the nicest store out of them. Would like to take advantage of the full kitchen and prepare breakfast, lunch, and a couple of dinners to save money. We won't be staying far off of N. Ocean Blvd.
3. Re: Grocery Stores near MB Resort? The WalMart on 544 is one of the busiest in the country and I find that it takes too long to get in and out. The newest WalMart location, about 3 miles south on Bus 17 has a lower volume and I can get in and out much quicker there.
I own a home in North Myrtle Beach.The local food market right in NMB is the IGA Boulineau's store. It is fairly pricey, but for a few items it can't be beat. Just off Sea Mountain Highway, you will get on 17 south.

There is Kroger, Publix, Food Lion, Wal Mart, Boulineau's (on Sea Mtn Hwy in NMB). and probably some others. We always just go to whatever is closest.

There is a Piggly Wiggly Grocery store on N Kings Hwy 17 between 17th&18th ave approximately 3 blocks away also there is a Beach Discount Beverage around 23rd ave about 2 blocks away.
