Thanks to MrsHelsinki suggestions, I wrote to the HSL customer service because I found a very distressing bug in the app: whatever you write in the routes suggestions to search your route to the airport (Lentoasema, Helsinki airport, V0531...) you get the same message: "Unfortunately, no routes were found for your search".
