We are having difficulty too. I have my receipt, and thus have my code to download the photos and videos from XPlore. I go to the website, enter the code, and hit download, but the file that is downloaded is not recognized by my computer, so I can't open the downloaded file to see my photos. I've now sent them 7 emails asking for help.
3. Re: Downloading photopass photos. 8 years ago. If you sign on via a laptop, there is a button that you can click "download all." Then it will group your photos into zip folders. Think it is around 30 photos per zip, so you will still have to download each zip folder if you have multiples.
