   First- the customer service is awful. We waited in line for over 60 minutes to even talk with an agent then waited an additional 20-30 minutes for the car to arrive. The agent told me that extra insurance in Costa Rica is REQUIRED so I proceeded to get socked with more than $350 in additional charges above my $250 rental.

   BTW- this is what customer service rep intimated when I complained!!! OK First - TWO service people - 45 Minute wait! OVER 40 people online!!!!! Two more reps came out; to relieve the other first two so they could take a BREAK!!!! Second - NO cars! - people would go to garage and come back because the car assigned was not there.

   This is a terrible company to rent a car from. The queues at Toronto and Calgary airports were over 80 people long and took over 2 hours to reach the front of the queues. Absolutely ridiculous. When we were allocated a car at Toronto, the car had no satnav, something we had asked for specifically.
