Sixt Rental Car is using a tire damage scam too often . Class action lawsuit needed This is the 3rd time I have been contacted over the last 5 years after delivering a car that I have damaged the wheel of the car, in other words, scratches.
Clearly this is a scam. Apparently, they don't repair the cars and when another person rent the car, they want to continue charging for the same damages once and over again to everybody who rent the same car. I think that is time to start filling a Class Action lawsuit against Sixt. What do you think?
Worst SCAM car rental toll scam ever!!! I rented a car from Sixt for six days. I paid $500 up front. At the drive when I was picking up the car, the gal offered me a “toll package to pay for all toll roads in New York” for $5.99 per day. I accepted that plus tax and fees I paid $37.
I rented a care from Sixt. No one walked the car with me when I rented it. I noticed no noticeable damage when I walked it. No one walked the car with me when I returned it. I noticed no noticable damage when I walked it. Two weeks later I got a bill for $300 of damage that Sixt claims I caused. No proof. I know when I drove the car I did nothing.

This is really a scam that both SIXT and Expedia are running and it is impossible to contact either. So I was reminded of why I should never rent from SIXT ( the cars are in terrible shape) and Expedia is no longer the company it used to be as they are supportive of all these scams. So a lesson learned but at 100 dollars !
