Thank you, I have read this particular thread. If I ask a password reminder to be sent to my email address associated with my FB a account, nothing happens. I tried multiple times, checked junk mail, etc. Which probably means that I did not use the FB account to sign in. I really do not remember.

Without it recognizing the Sky Miles number I can't change the password associated with it. The phone app has no problem with it. I've just spent 1-1/2 hours on the phone with support and the problem isn't resolved. They have tried something and said I need to wait 24 hours and try again to change the password and see if that works.
