Most of the time with Avis Preferred there will be a board with names on it, if your name is there with a stall numbers, you just go to the stall, check out your car for damage, get in, go to the exit and give them your license and paperwork and you are on your way.

I pre booked and paid for an AVIS car rental for Fri Nov 1 to Mon Nov 4 from the Mill Resort Location. I booked for 4:30 and arrived at 4:45.by taxi ($15USD incl tip) the location and documents show it was open until 5pm.
