If those are base rates, they seem a bit high, even with the codes (if it includes all the fees and taxes they are pretty good.) Those might be good rates for that week, but be sure to shop around to be sure. Report inappropriate content.
4. Re: AARP Members. AARP sometimes has excellent car rental rates - not often, but sometimes. I've gotten a Hertz rental that was cheaper than any of the discount places (so cheap that the Hertz rental agent looked surprised when I arrived in Vegas ), and a couple of times Avis has come in cheapest.

Car rentals as far as I'm aware work on a minimum of a 24 hr rental period - as long as you return within this time period the cost of renting the day before should be no greater than pick up/drop off on the same day. Cannot help with the discount code. TomC
